Snowdonia – or Eryri in Welsh – is legendary. A mountainous region in northwestern Wales, this national park is home to some of the UK’s tallest peaks. It’s these summits that draw thousands of visitors to Snowdonia every year, hungry for height and exhilarating views across the hills.

The tallest and most famous of Snowdonia’s mountains is, of course, Snowdon itself – the mountain which gives the area its English name. At 1,085 metres tall, Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales. No wonder it’s also the busiest mountain in the whole of the UK, drawing over half a million walkers per year. And for those who can’t stomach the long hike, there’s actually a train that chunters people right up to the summit!

This design shows the Miners’ Track, an old miners’ route skirting the shores of Glaslyn and Llyn Llydaw on its way up to the summit. Have you ever hiked up the Miners’ Track, or swum in the cold waters of Llyn Llydaw? Ever stood on the summit of Snowdon and been blown away by the views? Then this tea towel is the perfect thing for your kitchen!

Half Panama unbleached cotton (heavy weight, textured finish). Stitched on all four sides. Includes hanging loop. Measures approximately 48cm x 70cm. Machine wash at 40 degrees max. We recommend that before you use your tea towel for the first time you wash it at least once to soften up the material and make it more absorbent for drying dishes. Please note size can vary slightly.
